ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
Manufacturing facility in Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia is looking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant/ Customer Support position. Qualified candidates must be able to work in a busy environment and handle multiple deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required along with strong verbal and written communication skills and some level of higher education.
Responsibilities include data entry and general office duties as well as assisting the facility site manager with scheduling of product movement and coordinating with freight carriers and customers. The position also requires general customer service assistance by phone and email as required.
