Cascadia Canning (a mobile canning company that packages craft beverages for many of the region's breweries) is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with operating our canning lines. Responsibilities:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Troubleshooting and problem solving
Operating mobile canning equipment
Cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment
Stocking the truck with supplies prior to canning run
Working closely with customers
REQUIREMENTS;
Drivers License Clean driving record (NO DUI)
Enjoy working with your hands (mechanical know-how a plus but not required)
Close attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Customer focused and communicative with every member of the team
Flexibility in on-site production hours and requirements
Working at different breweries in the immediate area
21+ years of age
You have your own transportation to and from SODO Warehouse
must have a car and be able to be on time for early start times.
Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of conditions at job sites including loud noise, high and low temperatures and small working areas.
Physical demands:
Ability to continuously stand or walk
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to perform repetitive motion functions in support of canning line operations
Ability to pass a DOT physical and motor vehicle driving record review if asked.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel overnight occasionally
Job Type: Full- time
Pay: $20 - $24/hour to start, with lots of overtime opportunities. Competitive pay and full benefits available upon completion of 90 day training/on-boarding period. Plus quarterly bonus pool eligible after 90 days!

DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour DOE Quarterly bonus program!
