This role is crucial for driving revenue and profit growth, expanding our customer base, and potentially leading the Sales and Marketing Department as we grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape design, strong sales skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and the operations team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop annual goals for landscape sales by divisionMonitor leads and response time, ensuring adherence to standardsBuild and maintain relationships with clients and leadsCreate and deliver impactful sales presentationsPrepare and negotiate profitable contracts and proposalsHandoff smaller projects to operations with clear, detailed communicationCoordinate larger projects with purchasing and dispatch, overseeing on-site as neededMeet or exceed sales and profit goalsStay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and equipmentGenerate client appreciation items such as thank you notes and eventsEncourage client reviews for improvement and online presenceEnsure client billing is on trackCoordinate with other departments to ensure team cooperationContribute to quality initiatives and champion process improvementsDevelop marketing plans to identify and target areas of profitable growthOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrior experience in landscape operationsKnowledge of products, time, and materials for profitable price estimatesCreative with an eye for designAbility to receive constructive feedback and adjust accordinglyStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven sales experienceEffective interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented and self-motivatedBi-lingual in Spanish is a plusProven ability to learn software systems (Service Autopilot, MS Office)CompensationCompetitive salary ($45,000-$60,000) and uncapped bonus structureBenefitsPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursementOpportunity for advancementFuture eligibility for health benefits package Apply now in 2 minutes!
