Inventory Consultant - FTL

SHOWROOM RELOCATION IN FALL 2023 TO LAKE WORTH

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Consultant is responsible for acquiring new and repeat consignment business along with building excellent customer rapport.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquiring new and repeat consignments via the following methods (minimum requirements of outreach must be met monthly):

o Attending car shows/cruises

o Meeting with car shops

o Attending car club meetings

o Viewing collections

Managing customer renewals

Make outbound calls

Confirm and set appointments

Creating customer rapport

Create posting on Facebook regarding showroom updates/events/car sales/car purchases, ect

Ensuring vehicle keys are organized and put away

Backing up other employees with duties such as but not limited to taking pictures, taking/editing/posting videos, scanning/emailing documents to accounting, cosigning incoming vehicles, attending car shows, preparing temp tags, etc.

Assist in drives for videos

Consignment lead lookups

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; inquires the nature of their business and directs them to appropriate person

Works all Gateway Caffeine and Chrome events and Holiday Party

Occasionally you may be asked to train new Inventory Consultants or provide back up to other showrooms, some travel may be required

Host car club shows and meetings at our location

Stock in new inventory

Staying up to date on pending vehicles, including calling customers for updates on missing information and keeping spreadsheet updated

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2 years of customer service experience

2 years of sales experience

Classic Car knowledge

HOURS

Our Showrooms are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. Our employees work 5 days a week with Saturday as a required workday due to business levels.

PAY

Commission based income with earning potential of $50,000 - $65,000 in the 1st year
