EXPERIENCE LEASING AGENT/ COLLECTION AGENT FOR APARTMENT RENTAL

Job Responsibilities:

we need someone experience in all aspects of apartments operation.

including: accounting , administrative , bookkeeping, leasing, collection, evictions, bank deposits, supervision, tenant relationship, inspections including section 8. work orders and worker and contractor supervision.

screen tenants and have strong rent collection principal.

familiar with section 8 and tax credit .

solid communication skills, responsible and proactive.

you need to have your own transportation.
