Must be professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients who have high standards. Must be confident operating power tools. Must love boats and working outdoors. Must appreciate a well organized toolbox. Experience with fiberglass, gelcoat, and painting is preferred but not required.

Must be able to do basic math.

Full or part time work available. Scheduling is flexible, but reliability is critical. Independent team members eager to master new skills will rise quickly and make great money.
