Food Prep – Retirement Residence – Part-Time

Mintahoe Catering Events provides meal services for a Residence of twenty individuals. We are hiring for a part-time, weekend position.

Hours are 10:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., every Saturday and Sunday. Meals will be prepared at our commissary and delivered to the Residence. Your duties will include maintaining proper food temperatures, plating and serving. You will work with a server so that meals are presented to the residents in an appealing manner.

In addition to providing food for the residents, you will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary and efficient environment. You will coordinate these activities, including the necessary paperwork, with your Manager, who will be based at our commissary. Having a pleasant demeanor as you interact with the residents is important.

The Residence is in an attractive, residential area of Saint Paul near the Mississippi River.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $19 per hour.
