Description We are offering a role for a Front Desk Coordinator in Seattle, Washington. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your key role will be managing all receptionist and clerical duties at our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have exceptional experiences. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, determine their needs and guide them accordingly. Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls effectively. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about our services. Manage bookings effectively, schedule appointments, and keep calendars updated. Maintain office security protocols such as managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges. Process company receipts, invoices, and bills accurately. Coordinate the mail flow in and out of the office effectively. Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable. Assist with various administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing documents. Collaborate with other teams and assist with special administrative projects as necessary. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance Competency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System Proven skills in providing Concierge Services Exceptional Customer Service abilities Proficiency in Data Entry tasks Strong Interpersonal Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in Organizing Files Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency detail oriented and friendly demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be punctual and reliable Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proven problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent education level Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
