You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, analyze customer needs, and contribute to the strategic direction of our products. Your responsibilities will include assisting in product development, conducting market research, supporting product launches, and monitoring product performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with relevant technical and/or product-related experience that is interested in developing a career in Product Management, that will join in more of an operational role, supporting Senior Product Managers.You will report directly to our Product Manager, and you'll work out of our Salem, OR location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development and success of our products by collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to contribute to product strategy, identify market trends, and drive innovation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition
Help Senior PMs to develop new products and improve existing ones based on customer feedback and market research
Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Help Senior PMs shape product strategies based on market research and analysis
Track and report on product performance, including successes and areas for improvement
Train internal departments on new product features
Work with Quality and other departments to ensure our delivery, support and life cycle management of products is meeting customer expectations and that a feedback loop into the Product Roadmap process is robust
Prepare project status and risk management reports
Manage release communications and training materials
Support operational initiatives like SKU management, and accessories
Support ERP/ECO process improvements

High School Diploma
2-3 years relevant experience in a technical role, in a product led organization
Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience with data analysis and research methodologies
Strong project management and time management skills
Strong communication skills
