Accounting Clerk

Description Robert Half, the preeminent hiring specialist known globally, is actively seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk for a direct hire position with our client. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks and demonstrate superior attention to detail. Part-time Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance of daily financial transactions in accordance to company's accounting policy.

Utilization of QuickBooks for recording, storing and analyzing financial data.

Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.

Reconciliation of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the financial data.

Assisting with payroll processing.

Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.High interest in working a part-time schedule, Monday-Friday.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Professional and clear communication style.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Robert Half’s client offers a positive work environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity for career advancement.
