Collaborates and facilitates with the vendor, site contacts and departments to facilitate the credentialing verification, hospital privileging, payor activation, onboarding and any other process related to meet the set start date. The Locum Tenens Recruiter is also responsible for the recruitment and placement of special contract physicians for MCHS. This individual acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates, external locum agencies and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the hiring process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to external locum agencies. The Locum Tenens Recruiter provides market information, serves as a knowledge expert to operations leaders and makes recommendations to senior leadership.This position requires occasional onsite work at various MCHS locations.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a variety of audiences, and excellent organizational skills in addition to one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields, and Two years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
Associate’s degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in healthcare, business, program administration or related field, and Six years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
High School Diploma, and Ten years’ experience in healthcare, customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
Preferred/Optional: Experience in the healthcare setting.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
