Our client, a global alternative asset management firm, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the 3 team members of the Life Science team in their SF office. This assignment is expected to go until the end of October with flexibility to extend. The hours are 8am - 5pm (flexibility to extend as needed) and this role is in the office 3 days per week with 2 days from home. Monday is a mandatory office day.Responsibilities:General administrative duties including heavy calendaring, travel management, expense reimbursement management and confidential and sensitive document preparationMeeting planning, preparation, oversight, and logistics executionHandle highly confidential information with discretionDevelop strong understanding of team goals and align work to support those goals in collaboration with colleaguesBalance multiple priorities, adjust as needed, and achieve desired outcomesForesee, research, and address potential issues, and new needs as they ariseListen to the needs of others, respond and adapt, and build relationships of trust across diverse teams Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent4+ years of relevant administrative experience required (financial industry background preferred)Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)Clear, concise, accurate, communication skillsDemonstrated integrity and discretionHigh attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, accuracy and professionalismFlexible to troubleshoot and handle after-hours business needs as necessaryExceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to set and achieve priorities while working with multiple team members, several moving pieces at a time, and frequent status changesPartnering, rapport-building, and relationship management skillsAbility to balance team work with self-direction and drive to solve practical problems and deliver resultsInitiative to seek learning opportunities and take on new tasks/responsibilities as assignedA team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independentlyCompensation:Up to $50/hr Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
