Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and drive lead generation in the solar energy sector. This role requires a strong background in social media management, appointment setting, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and creative individual with a passion for solar energy and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the solar energy market.

- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, call center, agent interaction, and fostering collaboration.

- Coordinate and set up appointments with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the solar industry.

Follow up with leads and prospects to build relationships and drive

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to refine future strategies.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the solar sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in social media management, appointment setting, and follow-up, preferably in the energy or renewable sector.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

- Understanding of the solar energy industry and its market dynamics.
