Customer Service Software Support
Mikal is a salon and spa software company founded in Cincinnati in 1982. We need a part time or full time support person to handle basic questions on our point of sale and appointment booking software and Microsoft Windows.
Applicant must have ability to troubleshoot and patience to work with clients and log support calls. Knowlege of salon or business software for pos, inventory, and report printing a plus. Windows knowledge needs to include attaching printers, restarting computers, and accessing the internet. Simple peer-to-peer Microsoft networking a plus. Training on software and Windows trouble shooting provided. Can work from our Eastgate location or from home. Business phone provided if working from home but applicant must have Windows computer and high-speed internet to work from home. Hours from 20 to 40 per week. No overtime. Some Saturdays and evenings till 9pm. Can work as an employee or independent contractor. Hourly from 13 to 18 based on experience. Application and in person interview required.
