Maintenance Staff Needed

Property management experience is required, including property repairs and basic upkeep. The daily task would be to assess and fix normal work orders, as well as to be quickly accessible for emergency circumstances after hours. You must be able to commute to employment sites in your own vehicle. It's a tremendous plus if you're certified in a particular trade!
