Maintenance Person

Maintenance Person Full Time

We are a property management company located in East Valley in need of an additional person for our maintenance staff. Our properties are both residential and commercial and are located throughout the Phoenix area, with most being in the East Valley. There is work in the West Valley. You will report to the property manager on a daily basis to pick up your maintenance assignments for that day. You must have your own tools, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and reliable transportation, preferably a truck, van, or similar vehicle that can transport your tools and supplies. This is a full-time job, 40 hours per week. Our hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS

Do not apply for this position unless you have been a maintenance person or construction person in the recent past. Our tenants and owners require quality workmanship and work done in a timely manner. The duties will include all types of general maintenance including, but limited to:

Plumbing

Electrical

Painting

Drywall repair

Cleaning

Hardware

Carpentry

Experience

Minimum of 5-years' experience in residential maintenance, commercial maintenance or construction trades with emphasis on plumbing and electrical

Ability to perform daily paperwork

Customer service oriented

Ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects

Responsibility

Performing repairs and maintenance

Tenant Improvements as required

Assess property condition and needs have a keen eye for details
