I am currently seeking 1-2 motivated individuals who are eager to enter the real estate industry, even if they have no prior experience. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate field, particularly in pre-foreclosure acquisitions.

You do not need a real estate license or any formal knowledge to get started. What is essential is your ability to communicate effectively, a resourceful mindset, a strong work ethic, and access to a reliable vehicle.

We will begin by compiling a fresh list of pre-foreclosure properties through online resources such as Propstream and local county websites. From there, we will develop targeted routes for direct outreach to homeowners, through door-knocking or flyer distribution. Many homeowners in pre-foreclosure situations are actively seeking assistance, and we will offer them viable solutions to either recover their homes or sell their properties to us.

I bring a wealth of experience in sales and real estate, with a proven and strategic approach to pre-foreclosure acquisitions. As someone who is highly driven and resourceful, I am building a team to execute on this strategy, and I am ready to personally mentor and guide you through each step.
