Job Title: Janitor – Government Contract

Location: Reedley, CA 93654

Pay Rate: $29.76 per hour

Work Schedule:

● 2 hours per day first building

3 hours per day second building

● Monday through Friday, After Business Hours (after 6 PM) excluding state holidays

● Once a week after 5 PM during Business Hours

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Janitor to join our team for a

government contract at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) field office in Reedley, CA. The

successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment,

ensuring all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected, and adhering to a daily, weekly, and

periodic cleaning schedule as specified in the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Maintenance:

● Maintain a weekly maintenance log, ensuring all daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly,

quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tasks are completed and recorded.

● Coordinate with the DMV Project Manager to review maintenance logs and correct any

deficiencies.

2. Daily Cleaning & Disinfecting:

● Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including desks, doorknobs, counters, and

Bathrooms cleaning

Office desk cleaning

Office bin removal

Vacuuming and mopping .
