Handyman Wanted for Non-profit Commercial Property

Looking for someone to help with small repairs and projects, cleaning and general maintenance at commercial property in Boulder, 2-4 hours each week.

For example:

- Regular weekly trash and debris pick-up outside the building

- High level lightbulb changes

- Spot cleaning on carpets

- Small building fixes like sticky doors or broken wall outlets

- Minor plumbing support like cleaning p-traps or adjusting fill valves

This is a non-profit commercial space so there are renters and patrons here during the day and evening. Must be able to provide references.

Tasks must be completed during M-F, 9-5PM weekly.
