Van Conversion Manufacturing Worker
Electro/Mechanical Worker tasks may include:
Preparing vehicles for conversions
Cutting metal, wood, fiberglass and other materials
Drilling holes and cutting sheet metal
Plumbing - water and gas installation
12VDC and 110VAC Electrical wiring
Fabricating and installing propane gas lines and equipment
Solar system installation and wiring
In this role, you will be working with management and conversion leads to install electrical, mechanical and propane gas equipment into production and custom van conversions. We will train on specifics, but you should have the experience and skills necessary to work independently once project requirements and schedule are defined.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience in mechanical or electrical related position.
Must understand safe use of hand and power tools.
Must understand basic electrical safety concepts and methods.
Must be able to work quickly, with high quality and attention to detail.
Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, walk, stand, climb and reach.
Ability to perform extensive physical activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
Work in conditions typical of a manufacturing environment, including noise, extreme temperatures, odors, dust, etc.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb inside and under vehicles.
Must be authorized to work in the US and speak English.
Salary range is TBD, depending on experience.
