Tartine Bakery—Manufactory is seeking an experienced full-time PM Line / Pizza Cook to join our team in the vibrant Mission District. At Tartine, we craft every pizza with precision and passion, using hand-tossed dough from our award-winning sourdough paired with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. We're looking for a skilled pizza maker who thrives in a high-volume environment and is ready to bring their culinary expertise to our team.

Position: Line / Pizza Cook
Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour / DOE + Tips + Benefits
Shift Schedule: 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm (Wednesday- Sunday)
Employment Type: Full-Time (WEEKENDS ARE A MUST FRI, SAT & SUN)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook delicious pizzas following our recipes and guidelines
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Culinary or food service background is preferred
