We are currently on the lookout for seasoned and dynamic ASSISTANT STORE TEAM LEADERS / Assistant Store Managers to support operations at each of our 3 thriving locations (Kaimuki, Kakaako, & Kapolei).

Qualifications:
Proven experience in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BOH (Back of
House) or FOH (Front of House).
Demonstrated ability in assisting with management, training, and providing constructive guidance to line staff.
Strong organizational skills, capable of assisting in cleanup efforts, task delegation, schedule creation, and flexibility to
work extended shifts if required.
Availability to adapt to the restaurant's needs, contributing to its smooth operation.
While not mandatory, experience with purchasing is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Assist in cultivating a well-trained and efficient staff by supporting adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide timely coaching and constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate in maintaining optimal stock levels of high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and excellence in our food offerings.
Contribute to effective inventory management by assisting in placing timely orders for food, paper supplies, and other
operating necessities.
Support the team in delivering speedy service with consistently delicious food while ensuring friendly and efficient customer service.
Aid in administrative tasks by organizing invoices and contributing to maintaining an orderly system.
Assist in the hiring and recruitment process as needed.
Collaborate in conducting thorough inspections of deliveries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
