Maintenance / Handyman

Handyman/Maintenance person needed for a 30 unit real estate group.

We have 7 buildings near our main residence and we need someone who can help us with light electrical and plumbing duties such as hanging new ceiling fans, or installing water lines for a refrigerator or dish washer. We need someone who can help us get units ready to turn over to new tenants when one moves out. Someone who can paint, meet new clients with their keys on move in day, do some snow removal at the properties on snowy days, pick up debris, clean garbage's if necessary, and do lawn maintenance. 2 of the properties have a small bit of grass that needs to be mowed every 2 weeks or so. Should only take about 15 minutes.

This is a part time position that will pay a monthly salary.
