About the Company

45 Architecture & Interiors is seeking a full-time Architect/Job Captain to oversee commercial and residential projects. Our portfolio includes designs of custom, high-end residential homes and many community and civic projects such as libraries, K-12 and higher education facilities, stadiums and athletic facilities.

About the Role

-Support project team in development of the design and production, organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set

-Communicate and coordinate with project team members, consultants, and contractors

-Research code requirements and interface with governmental agencies

-Research materials, products and systems

-Work with the project team to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations

-Record and issue minutes for project meetings

-Distribute project deliverables (drawing sets, correspondence, submittals)

Requirements

-2-5 Years related professional experience in design, production and management

-Accredited degree in architecture working towards licensure

-Demonstrated BIM proficiency (Revit and Adobe Suite preferred)

-Visualization or Rendering portfolios preferred

-Desire to learn and work as a team

-Experience with Revit and Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Lumion are preferred

-Excellent verbal, written, collaborative and graphic communication skills

-Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

-Willingness to help build an amazing company and share ideas on how to make a better company
