Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in the Medical Devices industry, based in Lexington, South Carolina. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing financial activities, managing accounting software systems, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the accounting functions within the organization, including accounts payable and receivable Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient and accurate financial management Manage financial services provided by ADP to ensure accurate payroll and other financial transactions Employ the use of BlackLine technology for enhanced financial close management Utilize Concur for streamlined expense, travel, and invoice management Oversee the organization's ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system to streamline business processes Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Oversee billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing Monitor and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations as required. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with BlackLine software Knowledge of Concur software Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Ability to handle all Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Solid background in Auditing Proficiency in Billing Functions Experience in the Medical Devices industry Ability to supervise and manage a team Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or relevant certification is preferred Proven track record of successfully managing financial systems and budgets Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
