Job Description:As part of the Kerr sales organization, the Sr. Territory Manager will meet or exceed sales goals within an assigned territory. As a leading dental supplier, you will work with existing customers, while growing the customer base across multiple dental market segments and channels. Building strong partnerships with our authorized dealer network representatives will ensure successful sales growth in the territory.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals

Acquirespecific product knowledge through online, in person and in field sales training

Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales and marketing efforts

Build and maintain strong customer relationships in territory to become a trusted advisor.

Build advocacy with dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts.

Consistent use of CRM to manage sales opportunities and growth within the territory

Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget

Participate in local trade shows and company meetings as required

Use acquired understanding of the business, advanced product knowledge and developed expertise in one or more areas, to help develop others within the team or field.

Work with large or complex territories or accounts, and/or serve as a field trainer, SAT team members or mentor within the region or for other regions.

Travel / Location Requirement

Ability to travel including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays up to 30%

Geography: Middle and East Tennessee and Central/Northern Alabama

The ideal candidate should live in Nashville or centrally located within the territory

Car allowance and mileage reimbursement provided through our FAVR program

Bachelor’s degree

7+years successful B2B sales experience, preferred within dental space

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Candidate must live within the designated territory/geography

Skill s & Abilities

B2B selling experience using a proven sales model

Capable of digesting and verbalizing technical product and clinical information.

Ability to work independently,plan and prioritize workload

Capacity to work collaboratively, while also having the ability to take a leadership role with the larger team

Strong written and verbal communication skills,with ability to effectively communicate technical, chemical, and mechanical information simply and concisely

Expert skills in building relationships with clinicians, decision makers, and dealer partners to build preference for the representative, Kerr products and the Kerr Brand

Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact for both current and future opportunities

Enhanced self-awareness with a continued focus on self-improvement

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proved reputation ofusing strategy and innovative thinking to help the business grow

Knowledge of the Envista Business System (EBS), with a certification in a relevant EBS tool
