Apartment Maintenance Worker

Looking for an experience maintenance to work for Cherry Hill Apartments

Assist with turnover of vacant apartments, including painting, cleaning, kitchen and bathroom renovations, & flooring.,

Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their maintenance concerns with professionalism.

Collaborate with Property manager and other staff members to ensure the overall upkeep and maintenance of the properties.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning and general maintenance on building structures.

Pay based on experience.
