License Electrician

Looking for an experience electrician (preferably with a team) that can pull their own permit from the City of Columbus.

My budget is already set with a 203k federal loan. This project is for a house that is being converted into a 4 unit apartment.

Must be able to read a BLUE PRINT

Just fired the current electrician. I have no time for people that don't want to work
