Snow Removal Subcontractors Wanted

PA-based property maintenance company is seeking experienced snow removal contractors with their own equipment (plow trucks, salt trucks, skid loaders, sidewalk clearing equipment, etc.) to service our accounts in the greater Lancaster Area. Our properties consist of medium-to-large commercial sites and multi-family communities (apartments/home-owners associations). Many of our sites are located within close proximity to one another to minimize drive time for contractors able to handle multiple assignments. Ability to handle all facets of snow removal/ice management including sidewalk clearing is preferred but not required. We offer very competitive rates and provide payment to contractors promptly.
