We are seeking a highly-motivated, BUT HONEST individual with a good sales background to help us scale a new product line, the right way! NO SHOCK-DROP CLOSE garbage here.

We provide a high-value product at a reasonable cost and expect our salespeople to help us get exposure in front of the right audience to provide that service. It's just that simple.

If you enjoy dishonest sales practices, please do NOT apply.

Pay: Commission only, transferrable residual commissions on all new accounts (B2B and B2C).

Duties

Identify, interview, and recruit new affiliates who will refer their clients to us.

Learn, and help fine-tune our sales presentations for new affiliates and for homeowners

Present to affiliate businesspeople (virtual or in person)

Present to homeowners (virtual or in person)

Identify, interview, recruit, and train new salespeople

Requirements

Must be able to get behind and support the product line.

Must be able to stay motivated

Must possess a high-value for continued personal growth

Strong leadership skills

A working knowledge of the home improvement industry is helpful.
