Foreman Wanted for Commercial HVAC Pipe Fitting

GREAT opportunities. JD-Sun Mechanical is a commercial construction company in need of skilled commercial Pipe Fitting / HVAC Foreman to support our team.

Responsible for administration, organization and coordination of field employees and coordination between office and field. Determines project requirements, including scope, assembly sequences, and required methods and materials, according to blueprints, drawings, and written and verbal instructions. Plans, lays out, sheet metal and piping components, equipment, and products by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following; other duties may be assigned:

Computer skills in word, excel and adobe

Point of contact for JD-Sun on-site leadership responsibilities as it relates to total project accountability

Coordinate with Project Manager and General Superintendent in pre-planning, equipment and materials

Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine

Understanding in sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.

Ensure that all jobs are productive, safe and organized

Verify that jobs are installed per plans and specs

Confirm that all jobs are installed with the highest quality

Build trust and respect with crew members

Coordinate with office personnel and other Foreman

Ensure employee accountability

Coordinate with Safety Director to ensure jobsites and employees are kept safe

General Job site organization trailers, gang boxes, lay down yards, coordinate rentals/tools

Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications.

Required Experience: To be considered, candidates must have documented foreman experience in commercial pipe fitting / HVAC.
