Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you. Our business is Residential Real Estate sales. This position does not require a license but could develop into a Broker Associate position after licensure.

Responsibilities

- Conduct calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services

- Identify and qualify leads through calling, text and email campaigns

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing the business

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and progress with leads

Requirements

- Must reside in El Paso County, Colorado

- Must have an existing contact database of at least 100 (personal and/or professional)

- Familiarity with software products and the ability to understand market trends

- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills

Join us in this exciting opportunity to drive business growth and make an impact in the real estate industry! This is a 1099 position part-time position not intended to be a primary source of income. Most of our marketing is automated so the majority of time will be spent interacting with those who've expressed interest in our services (typically only a few hours per week). This is a remote, work-from-home position but you must reside in El Paso County Colorado.
