Part-Time Customer Service/Showroom Sales
We are a family trophy and awards business seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Customer Service/ Showroom Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective strategies to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media and chat, to advise current customers of upcoming repeat orders and modifying customer contacts to reflect new decision makers.
To assist in phone reception of incoming customer inquiries.
This is a perfect part time job for someone who is looking to work during the hours their kids are at school.
Salary dependent on experience.
