Wire Harness Assemblers- 1st shift

Job description

Role:

As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately following measurements and instructions to assemble the wiring harness products and or prepare-kitting materials, parts with other components provided in accordance with IPC620/Mil-Spec workmanship standards and customer requirements.

Perform manual tasks such as routing wire, crimp and insert terminals into connectors, if needed cutting, stripping wire/cables, inserts heat shrink-ID labels and sleeves, soldering preassembly harness and follow up internal procedure.

Operate cutting-stripping pliers, heat guns as well as other manual tools.

Responsibilities:

Assemble/routing wire-cables and components through the use of the harness, follow up documentation, parts lists, equipment and tools according with customers specs.

Read Blueprints and written instructions

Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work.

Cutting, stripping, soldering, marking and terminating wires using hand and semi- automated equipment.

Fill out travelers accordingly and keep all paperwork together with harness

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in process assemblies and finish products to ensure they meet both internal and customer specifications.

Help to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (FOD)

Effectively use safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.

Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or department manager.

Qualifications and skills:

Harness Assembler, kitting, cutting, stripping, crimping, etc.

Assembly/production experience and a strong mechanical aptitude

Attention to detail, motivated

Excellent hand dexterity

ability to handle small part

Possesses good communication skills and a great an attitude

Physical Demands

Blending Operators- 1st and 2nd shifts

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Blender to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending ingredients according to recipes to create high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:

- Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients accurately and efficiently

- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality

- Monitor blending process to maintain proper temperature, texture, and appearance of products

- Perform quality checks on blended products to ensure they meet food safety standards

- Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work area regularly

- Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting shortages

Skills:

- Experience in food handling and preparation

- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards

- Culinary background or experience in cooking or baking

- Familiarity with forklift operation (nice-to-have)

General Position Summary:

Perform Acceptance Test and or Qualification Test requirements on various products. Essential functions/major responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to as additional responsibilities may be assigned:

Daily responsibilities:

1. Visual, mechanical, and electrical inspection.

2. Coordinate with production, engineering, and shipping.

3. Prioritizing and scheduling for inspection and testing.

Solely responsible for:

1. Acceptance Testing.

2. Qualification Testing.

3. Test set ups.

4. Inspection and recording of data for final End Item Data Package (EIDP) documentation submission to the customer.

Independent decisions:

1. Inspection and testing.

2. Accept and reject products.

3. Prioritize which products are scheduled for Q.C. inspection and testing.

Pattern Maker

Job description

Position Summary

The patternmaker position requires individuals to create digital swimwear patterns out of design sketches and or written descriptions. In this role, candidates are required to study sketches and design models, garment specs, and design the final pattern for samples and mass production. To ensure success as a patternmaker, employees are required to have an extensive experience with swimwear pattern design. A patternmaker perfectly translates the ideas of the designer into a reliable and repeatable pattern that can easily be understood by sample makers and manufacturers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Meeting with product designers to discuss the base design, reading and interpreting design models and sketches.

Create Tech Pack and sketches using Adobe Illustrator

Creating patterns using Gerber Version 11

Interact with Sample Sewers locally and overseas to develop the correct garment construction.

Make sure all notches match each garment panel & are labeled correctly for sewers and production.

Sending the initial pattern to Sample Room for sewers to follow instructions on pattern cards and Tech Packs

Work with Design, Product Development, Pattern Makers, sewers, and production teams

Attend fitting sessions to gather information when needed to update Pattern and Spec.

Write clear sewing instructions for overseas production and communicate clearly with contractors.

Basic grading knowledge

Revise patterns, and spec sheets when needed

Interact with the quality control team and contractors.

Send out Tech Pack overseas.

Convert Gerber files to overseas readable formats for production

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Degree in Pattern Making

A minimum of 5 years previous hands-on experience as a swimwear Patternmaker

Pattern-making software certifications required.

Proficient with Gerber Version 11 software.

Tech Pack skills

Excellent drafting skills.

Adobe Illustrator advance skills

Experience with measuring garments.

Ability to work to a deadline.

Physically able to sit and stand impermanently.

5 days on site
