Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Developer/Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product lines, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the consumer electronics industry and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with ROKFORM’s business goals and market trends.

· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product development and positioning.

· Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to develop and launch new products. Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.

· Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including product launches, updates, and discontinuations.

· Business-to-Business Sales: Support the expansion of our B2B sales channel by developing products that meet the needs of business customers and building relationships with key partners.

· Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback to continuously improve our products and customer experience.

· Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet ROKFORM’s high quality and performance standards.

· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, to inform future product decisions.

· Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

· ODM Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with ODM partners and source new ODM partners when needed.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

· Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

· Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies. Understanding of consumer electronics and accessory markets.

· Business Acumen: Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving business growth. Experience with B2B sales is highly desirable.

· Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing and managing quality control processes.
