Vault Garden/Vault Steakhouse is seeking a HOST-Full Time OR Part Time

Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group (Trestle, 7 Adams, The Vault Steakhouse, The Vault Garden, MAMA Oakland, The Madrigal, Jack & Remi) is currently seeking a Host to join the team. The host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining menus and cleanliness of entryway and signage, and is also involved in the guest experience on the floor in assisting the staff with setting up for events, setting and resetting tables and helping create an impressive guest experience on all levels. The most important qualities are fun, personable, hospitable and friendly! Experience with Open Table and hosting at a high volume restaurant is a huge plus. We value people who are critical thinkers, can help increase covers, and make guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

We are currently open Monday - Saturday and we have shifts available at both restaurant spaces at 555 California, the Vault Garden (the outdoor restaurant space) and the Vault Steakhouse (indoor fine dining steakhouse). Full-time employees are eligible for full health benefits, however this job can be part-time as well. We are continuing to grow and expand, and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card and Sexual Harassment Training Certification.
