Dispatcher/Front desk

Superior Plumbing and Drain is seeking for a full time/ part time front desk dispatcher, that is willing to work open- closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Front dispatcher needs to be a multi-task person that can be responsible of answering customer's calls, dispatch technicians to next jobs, take reports, answer to emails, do fillings, and some light office cleaning. Also needs to be dog friendly since there are dogs always on the building.

We are looking for someone that can be:

always on time,

Bilingual (Spanish- English),

multi-task,

available to work weekends, holidays,

team player,

note taking,

communication skills,

Dog Friendly.
