Job description and general duties:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management of all photo booth-related activities. This encompasses the creation of templates, conducting training for new photo booth hosts, overseeing media inventory, and maintaining equipment. The latter includes repairs, touch-ups, and any other necessary fixes to ensure optimal photo booth functionality. They are responsible for booking photo booth hosts well in advance, ensuring adequate staffing for events that have photo booths booked.

Post-event responsibilities include uploading photos and notifying couples of the availability of their galleries. This role is also expected to contribute ideas for streamlining photo booth operations and enhancing the efficiency of photo booth hosts.

Additionally, the Specialist manages production and installations, including string lighting, TVs, and other production-related setups. Attending assigned meetings relevant to their position is also required.

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will work closely with the operations team to ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal condition. In instances where the operation team may require assistance with repairs or specialized maintenance tasks, the Specialist will provide support and collaborate to resolve any technical issues.
