Postdoctoral Associate (Nelson Lab)
The Nelson Lab at NYU’s Center for Neural Science seeks to hire a Postdoctoral Associate to help discover how connections between sensorimotor cortex and the spinal cord enable skilled behavior. Responsibilities will include experimental design, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting and publishing findings. Successful candidates will demonstrate aptitude in some combination of multiphoton (2- and 3-photon) calcium imaging, skilled behavioral task design, electrophysiology, and viral anatomical tracing.To learn more about our research, visit https://andersnelsonlab.com/In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
