Collect utility bills and rate schedule information and provide a Preliminary Utility Analysis (PUA) or other preliminary analysis figures to sales staff.

Assist Solution Development Engineer (SDE) in development of specific M&V plans and cost estimating.

Assist M&V Specialist (MVS) with preparation of post-installations condition report during PM punch list and annual M&V reports during performance period.

Create Annual Savings Reports (ASRs) and Quarterly Performance Reports (QPRs) for the building under the program and make sure that all reports are sent out before the due dates.

Conduct on-site performance period M&V activities including any on-site data collection, witnessing requirements and other M&V support functions as required by the contract Interface with SDE and MVS to provide timely and accurate results for Honeywell customers.

Make recommendations to MVS for improved customer support and assist with contract retention strategies.

Update operational tracking reports and monitor for deviations.

Maintain all customer records related to energy analysis contracts.

Perform detailed data analysis via analytics or visual intelligence to identify energy, environmental, operational, or comfort anomalies.

Access EMS to analyze building operations and set up and monitor historical trend data logs.

Utilize spreadsheets to provide building energy and environmental use/demand modeling.

Utilize 3rd party M&V analysis tools i.e. Metrix or EnergyCap to normalize energy cost avoidance and determine valid energy performance correlations.

Create greenhouse gas inventories/carbon footprint reports and presentations.

Prepare savings guarantee, energy analysis, and/or other presentations for various contract customers

Analyze utility use and troubleshoot problems with rate schedules

Build and analyze facility use profile and make recommendations to MVS as to areas requiring investigation

Responsible for collection of data, such as utility bills, runtime reports, trend reports, and rate schedules required for analysis and reporting of savings results

Prepare savings guarantee presentations for performance contract customers

Upload reports to the DOE website.

Main point of M&V contact and responsibility of CPARs.

Responsible for data entry in energy analysis programs to demonstrate savings

Maintain all customer records related to savings guarantee.

This position will require travel 10-15% of the time.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Minimum of 2-years experience with IPMVP and/or FEMP M&V guidelines

Minimum of 2-years experience with determining energy use and cost at building level for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) or other energy savings projects

Minimum of 2-years experience with collecting Building Management System (BMS) or utility data for analysis and reporting of savings results

Some experience in BMS for remote accessing, setting data trends and date collection.

Must be a United States Citizen to gain access to the Customer site.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel including layout for shared use and computational functions.
