EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN NEEDED

Need an experienced and insured handyman for maintaining and doing small jobs on 5 Airbnb's in Hoboken.

This person must be CLOSE to Hoboken. Must be able to pick up the phone and go to the building on short notice if there is an immediate need. Must have a car and tools to do small to occasional medium size jobs. For example changing outlets, locks, building a storage cabinet, etc.

Must be tech savvy use the Tidy app and be able to work locks locks on wifi, tv and internet hookup, etc.

Again, must be insured and live near Hoboken for easy quick access.

Compensation works out to about $40 per hour. You would be working around 10 hours the first week then maintenance about 2-3 hours per week. This can vary.

You would be an independent contractor for a given job.
