Housing Maintemance

Looking for a maintenance person that has experiance in

drywall/ new and old repairs

plumbing

minor electrical

Painting

carpentry skills

This person must be trust worthy as they will be required to entering tenants homes to make repairs

This person will be required to make vacant apartments ready for renting

Must be able to work alone/ with other when required

Must be self motivated and able to handle several tasks at a time

Must be able to use their phone to clock into and out of work with use of an app

Most have transportation and valid drivers license

Most have basic tools required to work into apartments and property maintenance

Most be able to respond to after hours emergency calls

Wages will range from $20 to $24 depending on experience

Must be willing to submit to forcause Drug testing

work locations 1 Person for Pennsville NJ and 1 for paulsboro NJ
