Head Bartender Needed at Miss Ada!

Miss Ada is seeking a strong Head Bartender to join our team! We are currently open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday and brunch on Saturdays & Sundays. This position is an opportunity to be part of a strong, high energy restaurant that is centered around our local community.

Our bar & cocktail program is strong and extremely busy. This is a high energy, challenging workplace that is the perfect fit for a someone looking to make a longterm career in the industry. You must have experience in high volume environments and know how to cultivate warm hospitliaty and a strong team. Experience in a comparable leadership role is strongly preferred.

This role will involve a mix of service shifts, admin, orgnaization, maintenance and production for the bar. The right candidate will have experience in a culinary setting and the willingness to take on administrative and prep tasks in addition to their regular shifts behind the bar. The role is approximately 20 hours of service, 10 hours of prep and 10 hours of administration and organization of the bar

Tasks Will Include:

- making syrups, mixes, and other house ingredients

- batching cocktails

- inventory, receiving liquor deliveries, and organization of the liquor room

- facilitating communication between the BOH, FOH management, and the bar team

The role will report directly to the FOH management team. This head bartender role is not intended to be a management position.
