$22-23/h for grill cook with solid experience.

Position is full time (40 hours/ week)

Ideal candidate:

- solid prep and line experience

- Able to handle volume

- able to shuck oysters quickly and cleanly

- Min 2 years kitchen experience

- solid knife skills and understanding of cooking technique

- Good communication skills

- A self starter

- Takes direction well and is able to work as part of a team

- Interest in and experience working with seasonal produce is a plus

Winona’s is looking for an experienced line cook to join our small and dedicated BOH team. The ideal candidate would have solid kitchen experience in a fast paced environment as well as some technical expertise for prep and production. Organization and cleanliness are key, as is good communication skills and a respectful demeanor. Experience working with seasonal produce and specialty ingredients is a plus.
