Assistant Manager / Shift Manager

Vocelli Pizza is in search of a Assistant General Manager for our locations in the Chesterfield area. The successful candidate will work directly with the General Manager.

The successful candidate must posses the following:

Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.

Minimum of 1 year of management in a pizza restaurant

Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the restaurant.

Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service

Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.

ServSafe certified if not we will train you.

Will uphold all ServSafe guidelines

Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly in the event a guest or employee is injured.

Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service

Provides direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues.

Must possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation back and forth to work

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must agree to a background check.

Must be able to use hands and arms repetitively, stand for long periods of time and have the ability to lift over 50 pounds.

No late night hours we close at 9pm during the week and 10pm on weekends.
