Bail Bond Agent/ Enforcement Agent

We are seeking a Bail Bond Agent/ Bail Enforcement Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the court system, possibly law enforcement or military a plus. Must have the ability to post bonds at different hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the legal and financial sectors.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients in understanding and completing bail bond applications

- Process bail bond applications and contracts efficiently and accurately

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing bail bonds

- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and law enforcement agencies

- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

-Need to pass the Surety Insurance Exam and State test

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
