Exterior maintenance for buildings

Looking for Independent contractor/company for exterior property maintenance only, must have own tools and insurance to provide maintenance to include (if possible) gutter and downspout repairs/cleaning, tuck pointing/masonry, caulking /epoxy, exterior carpentry, and misc. other work "as needed".
