CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEEDED

Looking for a customer service representative with great attitude and initiative to assist in maintaining efficient workflow in car wash.
Car wash experience preferred but not a must.
WILLINGNESS TO LEARN is mandatory.
Candidate must have prior experience in customer service, cash register handling, and basic open/close shift reports.
Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, wrench, drill, etc. is a PLUS
Car wash position can be a bit dirty sometimes so if getting dirty is an issue, please do not apply.
Flexibility in schedule is preferred but can maintain stable schedule if candidate fills all requirements.
Day to Day operations can include:
- SAFELY load and guide customer vehicle onto conveyor. (training will be done for this part first week)
- Checking car wash equipment is functioning properly.
- Addressing any issues and reporting to General Manager promptly
- Taking initiative in maintaining site clean and ensuring vaccum area is working properly.
- Processing transactions cash/debit
