Administrative/Personal Assistant needed for small home office

Seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to help in all aspects of day-to-day operations (filing paperwork, making copies, going to the post office, data entry). This is a part time position - aiming for 24 hours a week, but flexible on the days. Any time between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., M-F is fine.

Strong attention to detail is necessary(this is a very nitpicky position), and the ideal candidate will be confident in working independently and be a self-starter. Training will be provided.

Salary is $20 per hour.

This is a home office - must be comfortable around dogs and occasionally a child (these will not be part of your responsibilities).

Responsibilities

- Data entry and scanning

- Preparation of Excel, Word, or Adobe/Wondershare docs, etc.

- Filing paperwork

- Run various company and occasional personal errands, as needed – must have reliable transportation

Qualifications

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Wondershare or Adobe Pro

- Ability to interact with management, other employees, and clients

- High School diploma or GED required.

- BA/BS degree a plus

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
