Kitchen Manager
AJ's Deli and Jack's Bar and Grill, a busy neighborhood restaurant in Northwest Arvada is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Sous for their Prep Kitchen. We also are a training kitchen for people with developmental disabilities. While a portion of this position will be working directly with people with disabilities, the focus of the job is Prep and food production for our restaurant and deli.
All duties are typical of a Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef position. Ensuring all food is prepped according to our recipes and standards, food that is produced is top quality, ensuring the kitchen is clean and closed properly following health department rules, ensuring food is put away and stored properly. Must have experience ordering food, inventory management and employee management. Leadership in the kitchen is a must and we believe in leading by example.
